During the first semester of 2025, our services where dedicated full-time to Konnectway. I was hired as Tech Lead and technical interviewer for their people selection program, to process PHP and React engineers as candidates for Konnectway's clients in the US and Canada. Aside from this, I developed a landing page inside their Wordpress site to promote the service. Also did some updates on the website itself.
As a complement, I developed an application for in-house use to handle candidate resumes, parse them, place the information in sections with edition capabilities using Rich-text editors. Also adding the functionality to create a custom design to create the final resume with an internal corporate look. Finally it allows the user to print the resume as a PDF for distribution to clients.
This App was built in NextJS 15, React, NodeJS, Prisma ORM, and deployed using AWS services like EC2, CodeBuild, S3 and RDS for a Postgres database.
